Jeremy Lacey

Jeremy is a Chartered Surveyor with 20 (+) years of experience in the property industry.

For the last 7.5 years, Jeremy was a member of the development team at Chelsfield.

Prior to this, Jeremy worked for a private developer The Southern Properties Group. The principal focus of this role was on development and investment activities, including the assembly of a commercially led property portfolio with development and other ‘value add’ opportunities.

Jeremy is a Principal at Bridgemont and a Development Director, specialising in planning, assembly and execution of complex mixed-use redevelopments.
