Mark Wenlock

Mark is a Chartered Surveyor with an MBA. His experience includes 17 years with Chelsfield and 10 years with Stanhope PLC.

He is a member of the Bridgemont Executive Committee and oversees matters including strategy, acquisitions and development.

As Group Managing Development Director for Chelsfield Mark was responsible for approx. £2bn of developments in London and Paris over the last 12 years. In London this included the prestigious K1 mixed-use development in Knightsbridge, and Hollandgreen, the prime residential scheme in Kensington.

Mark established the Chelsfield Development Team in Paris in 2018 and delivered three successful developments including a new headquarters for LVMH and flagship store for Dolce Gabbana, both on Avenue Montaigne. In 2017 he helped establish the development team in New York for the redevelopment of the AT&T building at 550 Madison Avenue.
