Neville Marshall

Neville has 20 years’ experience with 15 years in real estate.

He was formerly Group Financial Strategist at Chelsfield with Executive Board responsibility for IT and Non-Executive Director on the Asia Board. He was also responsible for project reporting and group forecasting for London and was part of the European acquisitions team with the most notable acquisition being the Paris Portfolio and the Fund in Asia. 

Prior to Chelsfield, Neville qualified as a Chartered Accountant progressing to Audit Manager before joining as a Finance Manager for a Group Services company in South Africa.

Neville is a principal at Bridgemont. He sits on the Executive Board with oversight of Operations and IT. He is also part of the origination and finance teams.
