It comprised 63 residential apartments, c. 32,000 sq. ft of offices, c. 31,000 sq. ft of retail plus 585 underground parking spaces.
The vision was to re-position the asset as a luxury mixed used destination, leveraging its critical mass and single ownership control.
Pro-active management of all the component parts supported a rolling programme of capital investment to drive income and value growth.
