The project vision was to create one of London’s most exclusive residential schemes for private rental. It would be capable of setting new value benchmarks through a combination of luxurious design and tailored amenity and services.
The project comprised thirty-three, one-to-four-bedroom apartments, surrounding a private, landscaped courtyard featuring an Orangery and bespoke residents’ club room.
We procured the support of a market leading agency to develop the concept for a luxurious and durable product capable of holding its market position over the long-term.
