A complex site with significant potential given its scale, adjacency to a major rail hub and proximity to the cultural heart of the Southbank.
The vision for the site was to create a high-density mixed-use development which would closely align with and contribute to a cohesive plan to improve the public realm.
Through the planning process, we maintained income on the site through pro-active asset management of the existing 1960s buildings.
Planning consent based on the vision was secured for a 1.4m sq. ft scheme.
