The K1 development comprised seven flagship retail stores, a rooftop restaurant, 186,000 sq. ft of grade offices and 33 luxury rental apartments.

The development was built behind a retained facade and the project incorporated numerous infrastructure and public realm improvements within and around The Estate. Improvements included a new tube entrance and step free access, pavement widening, street pedestrianisation and a pocket garden within a transformed access to the office component of the project in Hooper’s Court.

Burberry and Apple agreed pre-lets on the largest of the flagship stores and were followed by other luxury groups including Dolce and Gabbana.

Approximately 75% of the offices were pre-let at a new rental tone for the sub-market, and all the residential units were leased within a few months of completion.
