The vision for the project was to deliver the best office building in The Knightsbridge sub-market in terms of space quality, amenity and sustainability. The belief was that in doing so we could achieve a material uplift in rent over historic levels through attracting occupier interest from other prime sub-markets.
Significant design emphasis was placed on the appearance and finishes both on the approach to the building and the reception and other common areas within.
The result was a unique setting and luxurious welcome experience which successfully drew strong interest from the target occupier audience. The building achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating and was 75% pre-let on completion.
